Your purchase information is recorded strictly to keep a purchase history for your past and future transactions with Cooper Jewelers, Woburn.  

We do not share your credit card information with anyone other than the banks and processors required to process your transaction. 

It is our policy not to accept an order online unless you provide us an email address and valid phone number. By making an online purchase, you give us explicit permission to send you emails regarding the status of your order. E-Mail address information is used to communicate and track your on-line orders.  If you do not wish to receive e-mails about sales, promotions or offers, please contact us at unsubscribe@cooperjewelers.com or 888-676-GEMS to have your email removed from those marketing lists. Cooper Jewelers may also contact you by telephone with information regarding orders you have placed on-line. 

Returns & Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your on-line purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been sized, engraved or customized in any way for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition, with all original packaging.  Credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by Cooper Jewelers, Woburn.  Returns for merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way will be at the discretion of Cooper Jewelers, Woburn.  This merchandise may be returned back to the customer or will only be accepted as a store credit return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

E-mail us at sales@cooperjewelers.com or call us at 888-676-GEMS.  We will advise you on how to return/rectify the specific issue you may have. Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns processing.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Cooper Jewelers, Woburn understands your concerns regarding internet security. our processing is completed thorugh Payflow Pro and Heartland Payment Systems for the most secure transaction encryption of all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.  All Information stores within the website www.cooperjewelers.com is done so in an encrypted fashion, and information sent to and from the website is secured using SSL encryption.  The internet is as secure as using your credit card in a store or over the phone. Please contact your credit card issuer for additional information.


When will I receive my order?

Regular delivery for in-stock merchandise is 7-10 business days.
For 2nd Fed Ex or USPS Express Delivery add an additional $20.00. 
If we're temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. 

What are the shipping options that are available?

Shipping & Handling:

Free Shipping
On All Orders $250.00 and Over  -  7-10 Business Days

$10.00 Flat Shipping
On All Other Orders  -  7-10 Business Days

Express Delivery – Fedex 2nd Day or USPS Express
Add $20.00 to Shipping Total  -  1-2 Business Days

Oversized or heavier orders may result in additional shipping charges and may not be eligible for expedited shipping.

State Sales Taxes:

Customer shipments to Massachusetts will be charged the applicable state sales tax on the merchandise total.
We collect and remit sales and use tax on behalf of our customers in the Massachusetts.  If we do not collect the tax for your state, you may still owe use tax on certain purchases in your state. Please check and follow your local and state requirements.
