Customer Service

You may return new, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  Custom orders, Made to Order,  Clearance Items and altered or engraved merchandise is not returnable for refund or credit.  

Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.

You can cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.
